JUSTICE BEGINS WITH YOU

Our clients depend on us, and we depend on you to make our services available, accessible, and responsive.

The ongoing public health and economic crises exacerbate issues for low-income residents across the District, disproportionately impacting communities of color. Now more residents are unemployed, more tenants are at risk of eviction and homelessness, and the job prospects of justice-involved individuals are increasingly dim. With your support, we will continue to respond to changing and growing community needs and ensure justice always.

When you give to Rising for Justice, you provide our low-income neighbors across the District with critically needed legal and social work services. You also ensure that talented law and social work students receive the training and mentorship they need to become powerful defenders and social justice advocates for decades to come.

With so many of our community members and neighbors throughout DC in need, the work we do at Rising for Justice to provide critical legal services and educate the next generation of social justice advocates is as imperative as ever.

For more than 50 years, Rising for Justice has worked to address the vast justice gap for those who would otherwise go unrepresented when confronting life-altering events. Since our founding, we have protected the rights of more than 250,000 District residents and trained nearly 4,000 students through our clinical program.

Your support has helped us serve District residents who have nowhere else to turn. Together we can do even more for the most vulnerable members of our community. Please donate today.
